Delays caused by unavailability of any online service DO NOT warrant the reversal of late fees as payments may also be made by other means, such as postal mail and walk-in during normal business hours. Online payments will be processed within 24 hours of payment, during normal business hours, Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm, excluding holidays. A processing fee will be added to your electronic payment. You will see your full charge prior to submitting payment.
